Mr. Abdisalan Aden Mohamed is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Economics at SIMAD University. He holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Kampala International University and a Bachelor of Economics from Benadir University. His scholarly interests include macroeconomic policy, international trade, and environmental sustainability, with a particular focus on the interplay between economic development and climate-related challenges. Mr. Abdisalan is proficient in econometric analysis and data science, and he leverages statistical software such as R, Gretl, Python, EViews, SPSS, and Stata in both his research and teaching. Dedicated to academic excellence, Mr. Abdisalan has authored several peer-reviewed publications and actively engages in collaborative research that addresses critical economic issues facing Somalia and the broader sub-Saharan region.
