Complete the Online Application Form
Visit the SIMAD oLearn Online Application Portal (accessible through the “Apply Now” button on the homepage or program page). Fill in your personal, academic, and program details carefully. Upload all the required documents before submitting the form. Once you submit your application, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email containing your application ID number.
If you encounter any technical issues during submission, contact the Admissions Office at oLearn@simad.edu.so or via WhatsApp Live Chat on the website.
Review
Application Review and Evaluation
After submission, your application will be reviewed by the SIMAD oLearn Admissions Committee. The team will verify your academic qualifications, review program eligibility, and ensure that all documents are complete. If any additional information or clarification is needed, you will be contacted by email or phone. Processing time typically takes 5 to 7 working days, depending on the volume of applications.
Offer
Offer of Admission
If your application is successful, you’ll receive an official Admission Offer Letter by email.
The offer letter will include:
- Your program title and mode of study (online/hybrid)
- Duration of the program
- Tuition fees
- Instructions for confirming your enrollment

Online Orientation
Before classes begin, all new students are required to attend the Online Orientation Program.
This introduces you to SIMAD oLearn’s online platform, course structure, learning tools, and student support services. Orientation ensures you start your studies confidently and smoothly.
