Biography
Ali Ibrahim Mohamed Mohamoud, MBA, MS, is an experienced accounting professional, consultant, and educator specializing in financial management, accounting information systems, auditing, and policy reform. With more than a decade of experience, Ali has successfully guided businesses, universities, and public institutions in improving financial processes, implementing effective controls, and adapting to international accounting standards.
Ali currently serves as Dean of the Faculty of Accountancy at SIMAD University, where he leads curriculum development and innovation in accounting education. His academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from Open University Malaysia (OUM) and an MS in Accounting from SIMAD University.
As an educator committed to practical learning, Ali offers courses and workshops designed to equip learners with real-world accounting skills. His teaching approach emphasizes clarity, application, and results—ensuring that students gain competencies directly applicable in professional contexts.
Beyond academia and consulting, he is committed to mentoring, research, and volunteer work.
