Currently, he serves as the Head of Student Services, where he leads initiatives to enhance student welfare, academic advising, and extracurricular engagement. Ibrahim is committed to improving student experience and success by overseeing strategic planning and the digital transformation of student support systems. He is dedicated to integrating technology, mentorship, and leadership training into higher education and works collaboratively with faculty and administration to meet student needs both academically and personally.
