Ayanle Abdinur is a dedicated and compassionate social worker and profound commitment to fostering positive change in individuals and communities. He holds a Master of Medical Social Work (2018-2019), and a Bachelor of Social Work, at Karachi University Pakistan, (2015-2017). His passion for social service and advocacy is evident in his tireless efforts to empower marginalized populations and promote inclusivity.

Currently, Ayanle is the Head of the Social Work Department at City University of Mogadishu. In this role, he supervises faculty members, advises students, organizes oversees internships and capstone projects, ensures timely graduation, and contributes to course scheduling.

Throughout his career, Ayanle has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in case management, counselling, and community outreach. His expertise extends to areas such as child welfare and community outreach. Ayanle’s commitment to continuous learning and professional development is reflected in his active involvement in workshops, seminars, and ongoing education opportunities within the field of social work at City University of Mogadishu. He is a staunch advocate for self-care and community awareness, both within and outside the workplace.
