Program Description

The Bachelor of Science in Accounting (BSA) is a comprehensive undergraduate program designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and ethical foundations required to succeed in the dynamic field of accounting and finance. The program integrates theoretical principles with practical applications to prepare students for professional careers in public accounting, corporate finance, government, and non-profit organizations, as well as for advanced studies and professional certifications.

Throughout the 15 tri-semesters, the Bachelor of Science in Accounting program follows a progressive learning model that begins with foundational courses in accounting principles, business mathematics, and economic theory. As students advance, the curriculum deepens into specialized areas such as financial accounting, managerial accounting, auditing, taxation, and accounting information systems. Practical application is emphasized through extensive case studies, simulations, and the use of accounting software. In the final stages of the program, students engage in a research methodology course, capstone projects, and internships that equip them with the analytical and problem-solving skills needed to address real-world financial challenges and contribute to the evolving field of accounting.
