Biography
Dr. Khadija Shamsi Mohamed is an accomplished scholar and academic with 9 years of experience in teaching, research, and policy development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Local Government Management from the Islamic University in Uganda. Her professional journey is rooted in advancing effective governance, inclusive education systems, and sustainable urban development in fragile and post-conflict settings. Dr. Khadija has worked closely with government ministries, local authorities, and international partners to support policy reforms, decentralization efforts, and urban planning initiatives that improve service delivery at the grassroots level. A committed educator and mentor, she continues to lead impactful research that addresses systemic challenges in governance, education, and development planning.
